My professional journey was forged on the ground, spending thirteen years in premium retail (Marionnaud, Gap, Le Drugstore Parisien) before moving into luxury hospitality across Europe and Morocco.
This dual culture is deeply embedded in my DNA: I understand firsthand what happens behind a spa counter, in a stockroom, or at a reception desk at 2 a.m.
I have also steered the bigger picture: as CEO of an SME that I successfully turned around, founder of PRYSM, and executive board member of a 5-star resort in Morocco.
I speak both languages: the language of operations and the language of the boardroom. And I bridge the gap between them.
